At Guardtech, we are dedicated to getting your order to you a quickly as possible and keeping you updated with your order status.
Most of our First Aid Products are couriered daily from our Warehouse in Christchurch, and you will received an order status update and tracking link once your order has been sent. Usually we can have orders dispatched by 2pm, otherwise it will most likely be the next day.
We use several different courier companies, with the most common being Post Haste, NZ Couriers and Castle Parcels.
Some of our our products may be shipped from a different location, however in most cases they will still be couriered within 24 hours and tracking details will be supplied. In some instances, if your order contains a mix of different product categories, your order may be sent in different batches with separate tracking numbers, but we will advise you about this.
Pickup Option for Fire Products
Our range of fire products is shipped from either our Distribution Centre in Auckland or Christchurch, and you do have the option to collect your order if you prefer. Please note that there is is minimum order value of $100 incl GST for the pickup option, otherwise a $10 handling fee will be charged. If you would like to pickup any fire product, please just contact us first either using the online chat, contact form or call us on 0800 101 909. You will be issued with a coupon code to waive the delivery fee, and will just need to place and pay for your order with us first.
We always try to keep our delivery rates as low as possible. The courier fee will be calculated for you at the checkout, but we have a maximum courier fee of $19.95 incl GST (unless by prior arrangement). We also provide free courier delivery for all our own brand First Aid Kits & Supplies. In many cases the courier fee will be around $5 to $7 incl GST, but if you think the courier fee is a bit high feel free to contact us as we can look into it for you as it does depend on a number of factors.
In most cases you can expect delivery within 2 working days after placing your order. Rural Area deliveries will usually take a couple of extra days. If we have any delays with your order or in the unlikely case an item is on backorder, we will let you know ASAP.
