How to Wear:

1. Hold the top of the stabilizer using both hands, one on each side.
2. Insert foot into the stabilizer and pull up to the knee.
3. Align the opening over the kneecap, ensuring the two medial and lateral stays are on each side of the knee.
4. Pull the medial straps above and below the patella of one side, tightening and securing them to the lateral side of the knee to achieve desired compression.
5. Repeat step 4 for the other side of the straps.
